Meet the Head Chef of Culinary
Lynn Hay leads the culinary strategy for the Entegra Performance Kitchen (EPK), bringing more than 20 years of experience across catering, procurement, and hospitality operations. Known for blending culinary creativity with business strategy, she helps clients and suppliers turn innovative ideas into scalable, high-performing foodservice solutions.
Before joining Entegra in 2013, Lynn founded and operated a successful catering company for 13 years before selling the business. She has since advanced through several leadership roles, including Regional Account Manager, Director of National Accounts, and Director of Culinary Operations.
Today, Lynn leads the EPK culinary team, driving collaboration, innovation, and results through food-forward strategy and partnerships that elevate client experiences and operational performance.

The Entegra Performance Kitchen (EPK) is a state-of-the-art culinary, meeting and innovation space that spans three floors and roughly 10,000 square feet in the heart of Richmond, Virginia.
